1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order with Haut, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with Haut's platforms.

2. About Haut
Haut is a Pakistani apparel brand operating online and/or through physical retail. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

3. Products
We make every effort to display our products — including colours, fabrics, and sizing — as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric batches, or handcraft involved in production. These variations do not constitute defects.

Custom sizing orders are made to your provided measurements. It is your responsibility to submit accurate measurements. Haut is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred, with a full refund issued.

5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Haut reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only once you receive an official confirmation from us.

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. All payments must be completed before an order is processed. In the case of bank transfers, processing begins upon confirmation of receipt.

6. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom sizing orders require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Once a custom order goes into production, it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Pakistan and, where stated, internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Haut is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale items and custom/made-to-measure pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email]. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion. Claims made after 48 hours may not be honoured.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on Haut's platforms — including but not limited to photographs, copy, branding, designs, and the Haut name — is the exclusive property of Haut and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct
You agree not to use our platforms for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate Haut or its representatives, to submit false information, or to engage in any behaviour that disrupts or damages our operations or reputation.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Haut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platforms. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Pakistan.

14. Changes to These Terms
Haut reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify customers of material changes where reasonably possible.
