Casuals:
Orders will be dispatched within 8-10 working days after you confirm your order with our sales advisor via phone, message, or direct message (DM).
Formals:
Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks after you confirm your order with our sales advisor via phone, message, or DM.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us. Please note the following delivery timelines:

• Local Deliveries: 2 to 3 business days
• International Deliveries: 10 business days

Tracking Your Order:
* You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the courier's website.

Payment Policy:

• A 50% advance payment is required for orders exceeding PKR 10,000. Please share a screenshot of the payment receipt to initiate order processing.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for first-time customers.
