No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

No exchanges are allowed on outfits, except for size-related issues only (see exchange eligibility below).
Exchange Eligibility (Size Only)
Products purchased from HAUT may be exchanged in size only within 48 hours of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Exchange requests are accepted only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

Exchanges are not allowed for design preference, color variation, or change of mind.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team on 0305-4764850 with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected and you will be informed of the outcome.
Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye lots. These are not considered defects.

Restocked outfits may have minor fabric variations.
Advance Payment, COD & Delivery Refusal Policy

Customers who refuse delivery after order confirmation will not be eligible for future Cash on Delivery orders.

Any customer who has previously refused a parcel will only be served again on full advance payment.

HAUT reserves the right to decline future orders from customers with a history of delivery refusal.
Orders confirmed via WhatsApp or other channels are considered final commitments.
Delivery Timeline & Order Priority

Our standard delivery time is 8 to 10 working days, as each outfit goes through quality checks before dispatch.

Paid and advance orders are always prioritized over Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, launches, or high-volume periods.
Customization Services

Customization Fee: PKR 2,500/-

Customization orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Important Reminder

Failure to receive a confirmed parcel may result in permanent COD restrictions.

HAUT will not process new orders for such customers without advance payment.
