At HAUT, we value your trust and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. While all sales are final and non-refundable, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility:
Products purchased from HAUT can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided they meet these criteria:
• The product is in its original condition, not worn, washed, or altered.
• The exchange request is due to:
• Incorrect size
• Manufacturing defect
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for exchange by messaging us at 0305-4764850. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
Important Notes:
• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
• While we ensure accurate color representation in our photos, slight variations may occur due to lighting or fabric dye differences. Restocked outfits may have fabric variations.
